We had been so good the first two days of the 2008 Erotica LA convention but day three started off different, we slept a few hours too long and arrived after the girls in the booths, bad A! Crew! 

We arrived at the Los Angeles convention center around 2pm and I get a call as we are walking in the room from the Screaming O people. “We might start the big ho down, throw down, blow down at 2:15 today instead of the scheduled 4:45” Oh no I say, the one day I am not at he door for the opening and I now have a show in 15 minuets.  Thank goodness they called back a moment later and said never mind we are going on schedule. Good thing because I needed to meet up with the BLOW people and get some energy, there is something about that BLOW energy powder that’s almost addicting.

Erotica LA Day Two Was Hell

(Los Angeles, CA)- Day two came upon us quickly after a long Friday night and an 11am “call time” for the show on Saturday, it almost seemed as if we did not go home at all.
The HellHouse Media (www.hellhousemedia.com) booth was where we called home base, with Moxxie Maddron and Jenny Hendrix looking hotter than the flames on the HellHouse Media logo, its was good the check into home as much as we could.

Our first stop was over at the FAME awards booth where we gathered to make the game plan for the day, who should we interview first? What camera guy is going which way? It had the mood of being in a football team huddle with each player on the team getting their play and assignment.

After the break, we headed to the Creeps selling Garbage (www.creepssellinggarbage.com ) booth, Lou does the A! Entertainment T-Shirts you see everywhere and the new skateboard, yea we got our own board too. We picked up a big box of the new shirts which are gray with dark green lettering, (sort of a joke since we are handing them out at the Los Angeles convention center which it attached to the Staples center where the Lakers are in the NBA finals against the green clad Celtics). The shirts were to be carried in the box to the main stage where we were holding the Screaming O contest later in the day and we were going to throw some of them out to the crowd. The problem with that plan was getting them there, as we walked, we were stopped every few feet and asked for a shirt. There were 5 left once we got back stage. Oh well enjoy right?

The Screaming O has a booth in their booth, oh my, where they are doing something called the Big O face. Apparently there is a new screaming o vibrater called the Big O and in this little photo booth, liken to those strip photo booths, a woman would sit in the seat with the screaming o toy, they closed the curtain, and she would please herself, out loud over the air for the crowd, it’s a funny sight watching peoples faces as they walk by and hear the moaning coming out of the booth.

We decided to spend the morning talking to a lot of the adult stars and the evening talking to the product booths, and this year there were a lot of product booths. You could buy just about any type of adult toy, sex pill, plastic whip, life sized personal sex doll, you wanted they were all there. We even talked to some “Natural” company who told us they were going green and taking out all the harmful chemicals from their products, I don’t know, I think rubbing one out is pretty natural, but I am happy someone is looking out for my sexual health. (Funny aside you should see some of the chemicals that go into those soft rubber dildos, ewww)

The Tera Patrick booth had a pretty long line all day, I believe our friend Sasha Gray was pumping out the autographs when we walked by. The iPorn booth was surrounded by masses of people and when we went by Teagan was going her best to keep the fans from rushing the table, Cassidy was also rocking the iPorn booth where no one knows exactly what they do. Hey that iPorn logo and name is everywhere, what do they do? Sorry after two days of Erotica LA and one gala porn party, I still can’t tell you because they still have not told me. I am sure in time it will leak out.

Around 2pm we get a call from Vanessa Carter who is the newest A! Crew Girl and she has arrived from her small hometown in Maryland. Carter spends her first few hours in Los Angeles getting an AIM test, dropping off her luggage at an A List Talent house, and then meeting us at the 2008 Erotica LA convention on its busiest day. “Welcome the adult industry young lady!” Vanessa is 18 years old and has not experienced a lot of, oh you all get the point here, it can seem overwhelming.

We have to give props to young Miss Carter for walking into the lions den and handling herself very respectable for her first day. We believe she is going to be alright after she took the crazy schedule and was still able to smile until she passed out around 4am eastern time.

We will have to make this report one of Two due to the time restraints and the fact that it is time to go to day three right now.

But we will tell you about the FAME awards, the fiasco they had back stage before and during. We will also tell you all about the Penthouse and Sexopolis parties and who did what there. (a porn party closed at 12:45am) Tell you why in the next post.

This is our umpteenth Erotic LA show and for some reason, we had the greatest first day in a long time. I can’t put my finger on the difference between this year and the past years but we have to say we were running around like crazed reporters talking to maybe a hundred people in their booths.

We do have to admit one small factor that may have changed the plight or our day. We love the fact that in the Rock Arena, which is an area inside the Erotica LA convention floor, not only are you welcomed by our on the road sponsor HellHouse Media, but right across the “Arena” in the rock row that includes, Motorhead, The Genatortures, and Metal Sanz, was our favorite booth of the day, “I love Blow” was the name of the product and boy did that draw the attention of the passers by.

If you do or don’t  know the small fact about the reason I have never in my life done “Blow” “Snow” or any other version of that powder, and no I’ve never been skiing, Ask me and I will tell you all about it one day.   I walk up to the I Love Blow booth and notice white powder everywhere, what is this stuff I ask the staff in the booth and they tell me its an energy powder that dissolves easily in liquid. I check out a bit of the energy drink, and it tastes good, like berries. When my camera crew catches up with me, we begin to interview the I love blow people and during the interview I am told that you can eat the powder right out of the cute little glass vile it comes in. I open one and pour it in my mouth, “so how much energy is that” I ask after. What you just swallowed is the equivalent the five cups of coffee.  All I can tell you after this is, well the stuff works, it really, really works.

Besides that experience Ill have to pick our interview with Adam & Eve contract star Ava Rose in the FAME booth as our second favorite thing of the day, Yes we co hosted the Screaming O Orgasm contest with the smoking hot Nikki Benz, and yes being on stage for the thousands of screaming fans was cool, but Ava Rose is one of the quickest wits in the business, and interviewing her reminds me of my weekly Wednesday night Casting Couch Comedy show that we have in Burbank.

Evil Angel had a huge line at their booth, Rodney Moore was noticeably popular with Sunny Lane in his booth, and Jenna Haze had a little army of fans at the Jules Jordan booth,. The stars were out for the first night Tera Patrick, Stormy Daniels, Alexis Amore, Gina Lynn all had good evenings.

I could go on and on about he girls, but lets save some of that for the next two days. Day one was better than any day one we have seen in a while. Tomorrow we will be bringing you another update, a bunch of great pictures, and if day one was any judge, we will be telling you that day two almost killed us with excitement. It was a very smart move to make friends with the “Blow”; I mean the energy, people right off the bat.

Erotica LA 2008, is going to be one of the best ones in a while, come on down and get blown away.

For the last 5-6 years, I've worried about free speech in Houston and elsewhere because of the way some politicians have proposed/erected roadblocks in the form of intrusive legislation against adult entertainment.
It has certainly seemed one-sided, hypocritical, and out-of-touch with serving the public.

Because of a recent so-called "jury" decision, I'm now also concerned about the city of Tampa where it seems that some jurists reportedly felt pressured by other members of the jury during recent deliberations incident to government charges against  Max Hardcore concerning obscenity and shipments of his adult videos productions.  Now, I admittedly don't personally get sexual pleasure out of the Max Hardcore videos, but, like all Americans, he's entitled to free speech. Max has many fans of his work, so there must be demand for his video content. I wish the efforts put into "getting" Max had instead been put into the fight against terrorism, drugs, child porn (90% of which originates in foreign countries like Russia),  clergy sexual violations of minors,  and  other "real" crimes.

I sense that radical religious hypocrites are celebrating that they "got"
Max. But, I personally think they need to realize that curtailing the rights of American adults to be entertained by other consenting adults doesn't lesser the thirst or availability of Americans to access and enjoy Adult Entertainment. In the case of adult DVDs, taking down the "porn" Industry won't stop the normalcy of Americans desiring unfettered access to porn; instead, the void might well be filled by harsher "Euro" porn from Eastern Europe, the former USSR, and other places where very "hardcore" content will flood America, and its computer screens and other delivery platforms.
"Closing down" American porn does nothing, other than give the monetary economics of the porn business to non-Americans. What happened in Tampa recently seems UN-AMERICAN - no one on a jury should feel pressured by other jury members, or anyone else, to convict! 

We presently have Americans fighting and dying overseas in wars. Their efforts, along with the people involved in other past conflicts, are contributing towards the continued preservation of our American freedoms.
One of those precious freedoms is the right to continued free speech, and to privacy, and security. Politicians in power, as well as government entities at all levels, need to realize that they cannot allow themselves to be "pushed" by campaign contributors, religious hypocrites, or other politicians who "feel" a need to make citizens comply with their own personal religious standards, NOT EVEN AS IT RELATES TO ADULT ENTERTAINMENT!

Candidly, I'm feeling almost as much concerned about the potential for loss of personal freedoms at the hands of our own government and/or American politicians and/or radical religious hypocrites, as I am about radical religious terrorists.

The upcoming elections might alleviate some of the above, but we ALL need to become informed VOTERS.

Hera: Both evolved parallel to each other. I enjoyed visiting the studio in my spare time while I was in college, and since I needed money to get through school, it just happened naturally.

AEBN: How would you explain the SM attraction to a mainstream person?
Hera: Ohh...one does not have to understand everything. But tolerance would be something I would try to create.

AEBN: Why do you think that people want to experience pain and humiliation?
Hera: Well, I think people are trying to balance their childhood. It is about controlled repitition of humiliation, hurt etc. Through this one can find control and find a way out- in combination with pleasure hopefully.

AEBN: What attracted you to this practice?
Hera: I have always admired strong women. I love the spirit of rebellion that this practice invokes.

AEBN: Who taught you the ways of the whip?
Hera: A very good and loving woman who is also a domina in her spare time. I adore her very much. We meet in the studio and she approached me in a motherly-friendly way. We are very close friends to this day.

AEBN: Would you describe yourself as power-hungry?
Hera: No. power-hunger is a weakness.

AEBN: Describe yourself in one word.
Hera: Compassionate.

AEBN: Do you have female clients?
Hera: I do. It is rather seldom and usually in the company of their male partners.

AEBN: You have mentioned in previous interviews that the majority of your clients are married men. Why do you think this is?
Hera: I have no idea. Possibly it is that they want to isolate that part out of their marriage. Usually there is an element of fear of completely opening up to the partner and scaring her away. Not everybody is able to be so impartial with their sexuality. The fact that they come to me for release is an honor.

AEBN: Are the majority of your clients wealthy and powerful?
Hera: This does seem to be rather a cliché of a power-person. But that is ONLY my experience.
Every domina attracts a certain clientele. Just like a restaurant that attracts certain guests.

AEBN: Have you ever had a colleague from your day job come to you for discipline at night?
Hera: Of course. I see myself as a servant and respect the wishes of my clients. There are no stereotypical sequences. I find that to be very important.

AEBN: How does your role as domina play out in your personal relationships? Hera: All of my relationships are different. I don’t have any workday dominance. In a loving relationship, I would be submissive anytime.

AEBN: Tell us your worst experience as a Domina.
Hera: I had a disturbing experience with a client who wanted psychological counseling. I declined all further sessions. SM provides a profound physical and psychological release that should not be treated like psychotherapy. That would not work, not with my understanding of the game. If you want psychotherapy- go to a shrink. If you want satisfaction, go to a domina.

AEBN: What is your favorite piece of clothing?
Hera: As a domina: everything out of leather. Leather, leather, leather.

AEBN: What is your favorite tool/toy?

Houston has suffered hurricanes and, like other parts of America, has had to endure some hypocrite politicians who too often initiate intrusive legislation to curtail citizen freedoms and their right to free speech and access to Adult Entertainment. Admittedly, not every citizen frequents gentlemen's clubs and other adult entertainment venues, but many of them secretly fantasize about it; and, since some of these folks vote, I'm hopeful that those All-American voters will join those who enjoy adult entertainment and vote out the politicians who seem to rape the citizenry with their subjective religious affronts to the Constitution. I can only wish and hope that all of Texas and America gets quickly fed up with the way right-wing religious nuts lean on politicians to force-feed Americans to fit the religious mold that they demand. Elections are coming, so I urge everyone to not only register and vote, but to also enlist friends, neighbors, co-workers, relatives, and others to do likewise. Indeed, I think that some church-going voters might also see the light, so please also consider enlisting their support against politicians pandering to those religious radicals who preach one thing from the pulpit but who violate their own souls by being normal sexual beings in their private lives. God gave humans the gift of sex, so don't let politicians win positions where they can dampen the joy of sex between and among consenting adults. I hope a lot of voters across America are already so dismayed by the do-gooder religious right that they will stand up and be counted at the ballot box during the upcoming elections!

A few weeks ago, I went to Sacramento with the www.freespeechcoalition.com folks who arranged lobbying efforts against a proposed new tax bill to target Adult Entertainment with a 25% tax on the legitimate California Industry that employs thousands, already pays significant income and sales taxes, and which is suffering from Internet "tube" sites, piracy, and other economic problems. The California bill is based upon the false contention that secondary effects such as crime and blighted property values near adult venues need a tax to offset them; what baloney! I am amazed that the promoter of this particular bill is hanging his hat on something that can't be validly proven. It also seems like a Constitutional affront that will end up in the Courts. I think legislative authors of baseless tax bills like this should be replaced. What's next? Will we not be allowed to view "R-rated" movies in the future? Will churches lose their tax-exempt status?
Is there no end to taxes and roadblocks to citizen freedoms? YUK!

Speaking of taxes during these troubled economic times, maybe they should be lowered, not increased; at the very least, spending needs to become efficient and effective. Citizens having to pay more in taxes shun other consumer-spending, the basis of economic health. Raising taxes on businesses and consumers is no way to stimulate the economy; rather, it causes layoffs, decreased income tax and sales tax revenues to the government, and business slowdowns or bankruptcies. Maybe we need to vote out a LOT of politicians, not just the ones who seek to control our sex lives and individual freedoms?

(Burbank, CA)- The Weekly Porn Star Karaoke night at Sardos Grill and Lounge was filled with stars, both mainstream and adult and almost adult. Madame Sunset is a burlesque dancer and has a crew of her own, the ladies are called the “Hollywood Kittens” and as I was schooled on last Tuesday, Burlesque is a tease, ok we knew that part, but when do we get the sex?, that remains to be seen, Anyway it was Sunset’s birthday and it was her night to shine.

As always we had a handful of beautiful new starlets in the room, but one table was filled with a mainstream group that was just as fun as the “industry” people.
Seth McFarlane was at that table with about 10 of his friends and co workers and that drove a thought into my head, (not an easy task due to storage restrictions in there).

At Sardos on a Tuesday night you can see almost anyone, I mean anyone, in that room. From the biggest mainstream stars, actual rock stars, porn stars and, maybe the coolest group of them all, a bunch of locals who party and sing Karaoke and sit at the tables just like everyone else.

I have been avoiding a reference to the bar in the TV show “Cheers” but after last Tuesdays PSK, I just can not avoid it any longer. The place feels like your home and everyone knows your name, no matter how famous or not famous you are.

(Los Angeles, CA)- Last weekend was our second time visiting Harmony Films Porn Week, being a part of the reality porn shooting party in the Los Angeles area was just as awesome as it was last time. The Harmony crew comes from the UK and does this a few times a year. We were invited and welcomed by Wayne Hentai and the crew of the new Plan 9 Publicity group.

We arrived right on time and the place was already filled with cameras, television crews, and very, very beautiful women. There was a group of girls there from the LA Direct Models agency. We also ran into the entire crew from Shane’s World and Hush Hush.

It was announced during the opening speech to the crowd of invited guests that the Shane’s Word and Hush Hush companies would be the web and distribution people for the porn week.  We were caught by surprise when veteran director and famed pretty girl and glamour photographer Jimmy D said a few words to the crowd and ended his speech with, “I’ve been around so long that I hung out with Tony Batman before he was Tony Batman, that how far I go back”. Truth is Jimmy D is one of the first people I met in Los Angeles when I arrived, and the stories he can tell you about the history of the crazy porn business are incredible, I am happy to still call him a friend after the years.

The camera crew from Bravo Europe was there as they were last time to film the reality part of Porn Week which airs on their show titled strangely “Porn Week”

We would like to list off all the girls that were there, but there were so many in so little time, we will show the pictures instead. We can say that everyone was great and accommodating, and there were several instances where sex broke out during the party. You could be standing there, listening to a story, having a drink and a bite to eat and bam. A girls drops to her knees and starts blowing someone right next to you.

We had a great time as always, the Harmony people are some of the nicest people in the industry, and they do the porn week in the United States maybe once or twice a year. The Adult Stars Magazine readers have voted and the results are in. Brianna Love has won the covenant title of “ASM's Best Ass in Porn” by our readers receiving 25% of the vote of our online poll out of 8 contestants. 'PLAYBOY' | Robert Downey Jr. is Hef's choice to star in biopic, which could begin filming next summer

Move over, Johnny Depp!

It sounds like the next big male star to come to Chicago could be Robert Downey Jr., if he lands the role of Hugh Hefner in a big-screen biopic now in the works.

It's not a 100 percent done deal, but sources say Hefner has signed off on Downey to play him in the movie, with the working title "Playboy."

He took a liking to the actor after seeing "Iron Man" and admiring his humor and skill in showing his vulnerability.

Chicago is expected to be used for the shooting of scenes focusing on the early years of Playboy magazine. A Chicago native, Hefner grew up in Galewood and launched Playboy here before moving the California.

No word yet on when the cameras actually will begin rolling, but it could happen as soon as next summer -- depending on Downey's "Iron Man 2" filming and the finalization of the Hefner script.

With "Iron Man" a box-office smash, Downey is very much in demand. A representative for the actor said he's interested in the Hefner project but is unlikely to commit to it until a script is done and a director is named.

Brett Ratner ("Rush Hour"), announced last year as the "Playboy" director, is no longer attached to the project but may return to it. Brian Grazer is among the film's producers.

So Focused party gets shut down by LAPD after unidentified male tries to get to close to adult talent. Party that was supposed to be exclusive but had more gang members attending then anything remotely close to an exclusive group of party animals.

So on Friday May 23rd, The entire crew took a very long but interesting ride from Los Angeles to Lancaster, if you don’t know how far Lancaster is from LA, It’s about 66 miles and a two hour car drive.

So Focused Entertainment was supposed to have the most kick ass party to ever come out to Lancaster/Antelope Valley. The party was hosted by Chrystal Knight of the famous Playboy TV program Night Calls 411 Live. She did not arrive and according to So Focused, she had canceled.

How on earth can a girl that you supposedly paid to come out a day before the event cancel 12 hours before your party??? We smell something fishy already and we had not even gotten to the party yet.

So, we invited a handful of people to come join myself and the AIP crew, since we had our logo on the flyer and according to the So Focused team, they had promoters all over LA County passing out 16.000+ flyer’s to lot’s of college campuses and other areas that had groups of teenagers and young adults.

So, after a handful of head aches all of us kind of wondering if it was worth it for us to take the two hour drive up to the party location. We had everything settled with  the company and that was a wet tshirt contest as well as other cool give aways.

On the day of the party, we had 6 people with me as we drove up to the party and when we drove up to the place, we knew we had expected way to much from the So Focused team as they said they moved the party from a Mansion to a club because they had outgrown the mansion location.

When we arrived, we did not see a line of beautiful girls wearing Lingerie or horney tguys wearing pajamas. What we saw was 6 members of the Anti-Gang Unit and a few girls wearing a little to little clothing for there body type.

The only light that, we could see was Dakoda Brookes chilling inside and getting her little booth set up. So Focused got her to bring a lot of photos and magazines to sign and sell to the 50 people who attended this exclusive, upscale VIP party.

They also said that there would be an open bar for the AIP crew and a handful of guests that got invited informed us  that they would rather go check out the Highland party.

So to make a long story short, the party was pretty much dead from the time we arrived to the time we all got kicked out. The lack of open bar for most of us and the one DJ compare to the three DJ’s that had been advertised on the flyer, pretty much was DOA from the time we arrived.

Then,  with 6+ members of Anti-Gang unit cops in full on tactical gear could not stop some of the guy guests from taking it to far with  one of the parties only VIP guest Dakoda Brookes had one of the guys follow her into the bath room and Dakoda’s entourage/Security was nowhere to be seen during this spectacle. Then she informed me to go find one of the guys in her entourage, when I arrived back, Heidi and Dakoda was on stage behind some speakers when I heard one of them ask for help.

I don’t think, that I have moved as quickly as I did that night to drag a specific guy of the stage and I was holding him until the cops got to him as he was screaming at me to let go.

She also had 9 of the 10 DVD’s that she brought stolen from her table. According to Dakoda, she only sold one DVD and the rest was taken from her table.

After that scene, the cops shut the party down and we all got informed that we had to clear out.

Dakoda then got a secret service kind of escort to her limo that was waiting for her outside. Then the driver got bitchy and was giving us all problems even though our job was to now get Dakoda to her limo and out of the area as quickly as possible.

Ryan one of the off duty cops pretty much stood by her car until she was on her way. If this was not enough problems for one evening, we later found out via phone that So Focused had not paid for the limo that was taking Dakoda and her entourage back to the valley. The driver from Fly Limo’s was driving crazy enough for the cops to pull the limo over somewhere between Lancaster and LA.

So to end it all everything that could go wrong did and So Focused did not have a clue how to throw an exclusive/VIP party.

We have seen Daisy Duxe several times before in several different situations Duxe does adult movies, signs at conventions, runs her own company and is also a feature dancer.

Through the last two years of knowing her, we have always seemed to miss the actual dancing part of the show with Duxe, which is strange because at one time we were based out of her hometown of Atlanta Georgia. We have since moved operations to the Los Angeles area while Duxe remains in the dirty south.

After spending the day at the AdultCon convention where we were doing a full report and Daisy was signing in the Rio Gentleman’s club booth we met over at the Rio club location somewhere in the Los Angeles area.  When you pull up to the club you will notice right away that the place is a bit off the beaten path and there is a farm somewhere very close to the club that has live animals in the property.

When you walk into the Rio club you notice right away that the club is beautiful, the art on the walls, the women walking around everywhere, the lights were dim and sultry, the seats were overly comfortable , the kind of seats you could sit in for hours or until you could not feel you wallet anymore.

We had about a half hour to kill before Daisy took the stage for her show, the manager seated up in a VIP booth and as we waited a few of the beautiful dancers from the club came by for a couple of pictures and some very entertaining conversation. We love to hear the sales pitch for a private dance in the strip club because the words are always different but the final result is usually the same.

Duxe took the stage and the crowd perked up when they felt the energy starting to build as she danced around in the disco themed outfit and that old music that still gets stuck in your head. The A! Crew made a bee line to the stage, trying to capture the energy on stage in our pictures while at the same time trying not to get splattered with black light paint.

Before it was all said and done, Duxe had stripped down nude, painted herself several different colors, played a game called cooter ball, where you win dirty prizes by throwing balled up dollar bills into a cup between a naked girls legs. Daisy had the crowd hyped up and loud by the end of the show and it felt exciting to us.

After the show was done, we went back stage with Duxe and talked for a bit in the dressing room where you could see all of the costumes that she had with her for the weekend of dancing. We don’t thing people are aware of how much a feature dancer has to spend on her costumes and props before they go out on a dance tour, many times reaching in the tens of thousands.

(Hollywood, CA)- Last week we made our way down the Hollywood hot spot, the Highlands Club for the Club Jenna DVD release party celebrating their new movie “High Definition”. All of the Club Jenna stars were there to party and promote the new release.

Caesar Capone who directed the movie even flew in from his home town of Miami Florida for the shin dig. Capone told us he shot most of the movie in the South Florida area so you can expect to see some beautiful NEW backgrounds in the DVD.

We got to the club around 10pm and made our way in after going through the normal “I’m a doorman who the hell are you” conversation on the way, after my extended pat down in front of the club I made my way over to the VIP booths that were roped off for the party.

The temperature in the club was about 20 degrees higher than normal. We are not sure if it was because the Club Jenna girls were there or if it was the fact that is was 100 outside and the club was already packed with young party goers hoping to catch a glimpse and maybe a handful of the porn stars in the room.

There was a dance show that took place on the main stage in the club, something about MTV or VH1 runner ups, we did not hear the DJ that well because we were tuning him out after his CD’s kept skipping during the night.

After the dance show the Club Jenna people took the stage, and began to dance and throw out movies, they even brought their own DJ who did not skip a thing while rocking the room with some awesome beats and booms.

Ashlynn Brooke was there in the booth and hung out with us for a bit. At one point while doing video interviews, it was so hot that I think a bead of sweat dripped off my face and hit Ashlynn, not sure though and we are hoping not. After that we took the champagne towel and used it as a handkerchief for the rest of the night, it was a true "older Elvis on stage in the southern states" moment and we can all laugh about it now, but during the night we almost melted.

Rachel Roxxx, Gen Tilly, Ruby Knox, Jaylynn Rose, Tori Black, Hailey James, Michelle Maylene, Tee Reel, Sledge Hammer and a bunch of other very sexy people were there in the heat with us, and everyone seemed to have a good time despite the night of global warming.

Los Angeles- "Playmates are hard to find!" giggled Holly Madison, whose resume fairly bulges with credits like Playmate editor, 2005 Playboy cover girl, star of E!'s "The Girls Next Door," and lady-friend of Hugh Hefner.

Madison is in charge of Playboy's online casting call, part of the magazine's search for its 55th-anniversary playmate. The magazine invited aspiring centerfolds across the U.S. to submit (non-nude!) videos to YouTube describing why they should be the one to be splayed across those august pages come January 2009, the release date of the anniversary issue.

Whereas the 400-person live casting events Playboy generally uses tend to yield only one candidate, Madison said the results of the YouTube contest have been surprising. Of the 42 submissions she's received in the first week of the contest, "I've seen several girls I definitely want to fly out here and test."

On the screen in front of her, a candidate was busy removing her small white T-shirt to reveal a skimpy striped bikini. "I think I should be the 55th-year anniversary playmate because I love," she says, the shirt flying off, "to get naked!"

Madison tittered. "You can't judge them too harshly because I don't know what I would say either! The worst is when people say, 'Tell me about yourself,' and you're like ... uhhh."

If you wade through the submissions, you'll see that--like YouTube videos in general--most of them are amateurish and borderline unwatchable. The girls talk about their favorite sports teams, their gymnastics skills, hometowns, how they made lasagna earlier this week, and how they'd love, just love, to be a playmate. Some viewers may experience a spike in interest when the candidates invite them into the shower (see video below), but most of this footage wouldn't make many final cuts, even for a reality show.

But that's less a criticism than a point in the Playboy's favor. Rather than worrying about how silly homemade videos might tarnish the bunny's hard-won image, Playboy is experimenting with something new.

Hardly any major media companies are inviting regular folk to contribute user-generated videos to a page that also shows their corporate logo. Music companies use YouTube to release their music, and TV companies use it to promote their TV shows. Perhaps its only fitting that Playboy be the one to go where no one else dares tread.

Soon Madison's screen showed a different girl painting a picture of the famed bunny on a large canvas. She's wearing a bikini bottom. The bunny comes out pretty well.

"I think it takes a little extra bravery to put up a video for the whole world to see," Madison said.

While it might be less efficient than live casting in some ways, a YouTube casting call can reach a much larger pool of aspirants. And, as Madison points out, anyone who's willing to post their audition video online clearly isn't afraid to put themselves out there.

Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher is contemplating a career in the porn industry after he was inspired by Jenna Jameson. The 30-year-old star plays the lead role in new movie Spread and he insists the sex comedy was so close to an adult film, he could actually take up the profession.

And Kutcher is convinced that if world-famous porn star Jameson can make a multi-million dollar empire out of the erotic movie industry, then it must be a career worth considering.

He tells MTV.com, " I (made) a sort of, like, a porno-pseudo-comedy movie. So maybe I'll do some more porno. It worked for Jenna Jameson. I was actually in London last week, and they knew who Ron Jeremy was. He's a famous porn star in London as well."

"I didn't realize that porn stars were famous in other countries. I thought London had their own. Apparently they don't. I think we have, as a country, kind of a corner on that market, so I was thinking about venturing that way a little further."

(Simi Valley, CA)- If there has to be a greatest thing we have done all year, this would be it so far this year. Friday morning and the rest of the day at the Lost Canyons Golf Course began with the stars out in force and the shining did not stop all day long.

We arrived at the golf course around 9am and there were already a mass of people waiting to get the day started. IF you are not aware of the Skylar Neil charity then you need to go to www.Skylarneil.org and read up on it greatness. Vince Neil has done something great here and we were so proud to be a part of it this year.

Not to mention hanging all day long with some of the biggest stars in the adult industry and the mainstream entertainment world. We really don’t want to just name drop for the entire column but there were so many stars that you could just tell this charity is a worthy one and some stars you think may not have many soft feeling really do.

The first order of the day was the big group show with Vince Neil and all the girls who by the way all volunteered their time and efforts and free swag for this day. The front of the country clubhouse was packed with beautiful women and men dressed in the unmatched golf fashions that you have come to know watching PGA golf on television. Stripes on the pants squares on the shirts, shoes well we can’t even begin to describes some of the shoes. Just catch the next professional gold event in your area and you will see the in color what we are trying to explain to you in black and white.

After the big group photo and a few songs by the fully decked out and complete mariachi Band it was time for the girls to make their way to the sponsored tees for the companies they were there to represent. There were two courses at this club and all 36 holes were sponsored by someone to help with the charity.

While the golf course staff was loading up the beautiful women into hundreds of electric golf carts the dozen or so press crews followed Gina Lynn over to the tee off area where she was auctioned to the highest bidder for the day with all the proceeds going to the Skylar Neil charity, The exact number of dollars escapes me but it was in the mid thousands.

Member of Motley Crue, Warrant, Avenge Sevenfold and a slew of other rockers took time to come out and take part of this great day.

We put out a call earlier in the week for all A! Crew girls to help with day and for some reason either scheduling or the early start made it a no go for most of them. We are proud to announce that Miss Winter Sky and Miss Precious made the grade and arrived on time and represented the A! Crew Girls with flying colors, and enthusiasm.

A! Entertainment was assigned Tee, and Hole # 13 on the main course, a good luck number if you ask us. Winter and Precious made wonderfully sexy art out of their green A! Entertainment shirts and we heard talk of the girls on the A! Hole all over the gold course.

During our first circle back to check on the girls we met up with seen Evan Seinfeld and Tera Patrick parked at the 13th hole, waiting behind them was a cart driven by a couple of professional hockey players and one with controversial star Kevin Federline also known as K FED. After some pictures and dropping off a few bottles of water we were on the roll again hitting the cart path quickly so we could visit each and every hole.

We must reiterate the pride we have in Winter Sky and Precious for donating their time to this charity, they were there for about 8 hours in the heat and sun, being sexy and helping the golfers with their shots, it’s very awkward when you shank a shot in front of a hot woman watching you make your drive.

As for the adult stars who participated in the event, lets just say that almost everyone who we know was there, way too many to list.

We have to give a huge round of applause to April from VMG Inc. for the work she did on the event, it was the most fun we had all year do far and we will do from now on every year. We will bring a bigger crew next year for sure.

(Hollywood, Ca)- The News just came out today that last weeks XRCO awards show was one of the best shows they have had in their 24 years of doing the show.
We were just attending the show for the 3rd time but in our limited experience we would have to agree.

The awards were held at the Hollywood Highlands complex right on Hollywood Boulevard; there is a funny side story to that as well. The A! Crew arrived at the venue early and we ate a nice dinner at the Hollywood Grill at the Highlands before we went in to drink ourselves into oblivion, I mean before we went in to cover the awards.

The Highlands club is located on the 5th floor of the open air complex and when we began to walk into the area we noticed a huge crowd down on Hollywood boulevard and then we start hearing cheering and bombs and sirens and a major ruckus. Look over the rail and what could you see? The premiere party for the new mainstream movie “Iron Man”.  We watched the hoopla for a bit before we went in, and a thought popped into my mind, which happens once every few months, “it is fitting the Iron Man thing was going on right before the big awards show that has been going on for 24 years, The XRCO awards have Iron Man status I am thinking.

The red carpet was cramped but nice, there were so many press people there it was hard to get through them, some mainstream crew was shooting but I had never seen them before so of course was began to ask them a thousand irritating questions. It’s just a bit of red carpet ribbing for the fun of it, your job should be fun, and mine is.

Frank from adult news flash was running my camera for this event; this was set up by Dr X from the EMM Agency. Frank is fun because nothing fazes him, and an elephant could fall in front of us while taping and he would just keep rolling with almost no reaction. We got so many great interview outside on the carpet that I couldn’t even begin to name the names, let’s just say everyone was there, I mean everyone.

Once inside the club we started heading to our “Media Room” area and I noticed we were missing one of the 12 different wristbands we needed to get here and there and get drunk while doing it, so I did an arm check on everyone around me at the time, and noticed Joanne from Xbiz did not have a white band either. Someone shoots by and tells us, no you need a white one for the VIP bar. Open VIP bar we start thinking, we have to get one of theses bands, Joanne and I go outside get the bands, meet back up with the A! Crew , push our way to the bar, order a big round of drinks and find out, There is no open bar silly, the band just means your over 21 and you are ALLOWED to drink. We all had a good laugh on that and then Joanne bought the round since xbiz pays so well.

Once inside the media area we hooked up with Sunset Thomas and Ron Jeremy for a funny interview, Ron was in a jovial mood and Sunset was as always, ready to talk. We did a few video clips and then I started getting texts from the A! Crew Girls, “Where the hell are you?” was the meat of most of the text message bodies. Precious was sitting at our table; Nina Hartley was also there so I was sure she was in good hands. I lost Kelly skyline after the first round of drinks at the first bar, Winter Sky found me for a moment and after that I seen her once in passing, Ryder Sky arrived sometime after the red carpet and I just found her inside, we got caught up for a moment but lost sight of each other quickly. My new co host and newest A! Girl Anita Blue spent the most time with us, I believe only because we were in the smoking lounge a few times together. The crowd was too “Crowded” to stay with one group of people and that is a good thing, you get to talk to everyone that way.

The XRCO awards night was great, the awards went on but as usual they were not the main event of the evening. There was a phrase we heard over and over again during the night and we believe it is sort of an unofficial theme for this event every year since this is old school, old guard, and back in the day all rolled in one. So many stars new and hall of famed came up and said “Hey good to see you again, I haven’t seen you since last XRCO”

If one event brings out people that only come out once a year, it’s the XRCO Awards; we can’t wait to see you next year.

The German studio VIP-Mediaentertainment has gotten some well-deserved attention lately, with several movie reviews in AVN Europe’s prestigious magazine. These movies were featured alongside mammoth studios like Adam and Eve, Wicked Pictures, and Hustler Video, and show that VIP-Mediaentertainment is ready to play with the big boys. AEBN has taken this opportunity to share the thoughts of VIP-Entertainment’s prominent actors Marlene T. Seost, Don Orso, and Candy Sue on everything from the business to the bedroom.

VIP: What do you think is the biggest misunderstanding about the Industry?

Don Orso: I think that the biggest problem is that people produce more mass than class.

VIP: What made you become an actor?

Marlene Seost: It was curiosity at first, and then fun, and today it is the will to raise the standard in erotica.

I know some people say: “that is not possible…”

That is wrong in my opinion.  Nobody is strong enough to hold against the storms and winds that come from the biz and still be as firm as a rock.

In my opinion that is sad. 

VIP: What was the reaction from your friends and family?

Candy Sue:  It varies. Some find it great, others not so much.

Marlene Seost: The reaction was pretty split. Some admired me because they would not have the guts to do it; others wanted to have nothing to do with me anymore. Some called me slut.

VIP: How do you deal with rumors?

Don Orso: Rumors are part of the industry and make us interesting. Criticism, that is different. This should be heard and then determined if it is justified or not.

VIP: Which is your favorite position/practice in front of the camera, and do you do it at home as well, or just in front of the camera?

Marlene Seost: I don’t do anything in front of the camera that I don’t do at home.

I believe that if an actress does something in front of the camera for money that she wouldn’t do at home, it is noticeable and therefore not good for the production- or for me as an actress

The client should not have the feeling that they are getting screwed over because there is so much bad erotica out there.

I love “Doggy Style”.  I love oil-games and love to have whipped cream licked off me.  It is also hot when I can really squirt when I cum.

Candy:  Being on top, spooning and doggy style I really like- which is what I also do at home.

Don Orso: I love outdoor acts not just in front of the camera but also in my private life. I love threesomes, in which combination I don’t have to mention as a straight guy.

VIP: What would you do if you were not working in the Industry?

Don Orso: I would try to get in.

Three great contestants fielded questions from Perez and 97.1 Free FM talk show host Tim Conway, Junior on the air Thursday evening, all vying for the chance to spend a romantic evening provided by Free FM and Spearmint Rhino Consulting World Wide.

Two gentlemen and a lady were seated on the contestant panel, handled just like the original "Dating Game" used to do it. The contestants were seated in a studio away from the main broadcast booth, and Perez was getting to know them through questions such as "What two flavors of ice cream would describe your sexual encounters," and "What is your favorite sex toy."

Conway's biggest fan, Harris, was chosen from the three contestants as the lucky winner of a fantasy date with Perez. "I am so overwhelmed by this beautiful woman. I thank Free FM, Tim, Ninn Worx_SR and Spearmint Rhino for the chance to spend an evening with the lovely Renee Perez," blushed Harris.

Friday's festivities began with a stretch Cadillac limousine bringing Harris and Perez to a hot Hollywood restaurant, where they dined on filet mignon and trendy truffle-scented pomme frites. The dinner portion of the evening was highlighted by a special performance by the locale's Wine Fairy, who gracefully floated up the 20-foot glass wine tower to procure a bottle of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, for the couple.

"That is simply amazing!" gushed Perez. "She's so graceful and that was a real treat for me. I have seen it in Las Vegas restaurants, but this time the performance was for our personal enjoyment."

After a lingering dinner and lots of deeply intimate conversation, the couple was whisked away to the Van Nuys Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Club, to enjoy a full night of risqué entertainment. Perez and Harris were treated to executive VIP treatment and presented with $100 in Rhino Chips, in lavish Rhino style.

Perez was touched by her companion's shyness. "Harris was so cute. I asked him if he'd like a lap dance, and he kept saying 'No. I want to spend time with you.' I started watching him as the dancers were taking the stage. When my best girlfriend Charmane Star did her second feature turn, I could see he was really into her. Harris and Perez wound down their all night party with cocktails in the limo, before returning to their prospective homes. "I’d love to see Harris again," smiled Perez in a follow up interview on 'The Single Life' with Sam Phillips. "He is such a gentle man and I think that he had a very good time. He just couldn't stop smiling, and that makes me happy."

Last week the XRCO Awards were held for the 24th year, the great night was held at the Highlands in Hollywood California.

Having been to several parties and events at the Blue Moon Nights Club in North Hollywood I was expecting a pretty good time from the night that was ahead of me. The club itself is a very good spot for an industry party. The main room where the dance floor and the DJ reside is the first thing you see as you walk in. There is an area behind the dance floor that can be used as a stage but on this night they had is marked off with the customary VIP red velvet rope and this became the area to be seen and to try to be seen in.

If you decide to make your way to the outside area to the left of the club, you get an aromatic surprise as you walk through the glass door; you have just entered the Hookah area of the club which usually doubles as the VIP area during events. Not this time, this time the area was filled with buffs, guys, dudes. Sausage carriers or what ever your description is of a guy looking google eyed at all the beautiful sights the adult industry has to offer.

I arrived a bit later than usual but in an uncommon occurrence I brought a date with me, so the time factor was not a problem my after party was already planned out for the evening.  The place was already packed to the walls when we walked in and porn star Nicki Hunter was already on her way out to the parking valet to call it a night since we have been out at events all week long. I hear from the crowd that the red carpet was good and the pornoarazzi got their camera cards filled with just what they came for, beautiful new starlets and big name porn stars out on the town.

After taking a smoke and getting pushed and bumped by the “I have to talk to a porn star” crowd out in the smoking area, I made my way up to the VIP area and waited for the nice security guy to open the velvet gate for me. He asked me for my VIP band, I replied with a what the hell are you talking about, don’t feel bad it’s a common question when my ugly mug is not recognized by the highly trained security people of the Hollywood bar scene. By now Jeff Mullen is behind me and is told no entry without a band, Porno Dan looks over as he sits with Jerry from AEBN and laughs that silly ass laugh he has when a joke just happened. The security guy lets us in and we take a short tour of the upper echelon of the industry that are attending the party. Jerry introduces me to a bunch of people at once; I strain to remember but the owner of Sinsation Pictures, Caballero and a few other companies are there.

Precious, my date and I continue through the VIP area and we meet up with Shy Love and a few of her girls, we see AVN’s Gia Jordan snapping away with her camera, and then we see Joanne the XBIZ writer talking to a mainstream actor who looks very much like Keanu Reeves. I don’t think it was but hey what do I know about those mainstream guys? We had a drink with everyone, since that was the thing to do, then I talked with Bishop about the A! Crew Report on Xpeeps, (We are going to be getting a front page listing pretty soon and have already added that to our list of syndicated columns). Then Porno Dan and his camera man started throwing out shirts and they stopped to interview me saying something about content, once again do I recall, nope not at all, its getting to be about that time where I slip out with my date and start the after party in my room.

The party was fun and it seemed to be one of the best outings at the cool blue moon night’s club, I hope they do it again soon, maybe Ill skip the date thing and come alone. There were so many very hot industry women who as I was leaving looked as if they were planning their after party as well. Fresh content is the best content I am told.

There have been so many stories, good and bad from the Adultcon convention but we decided to check it out for ourselves again to see if we could have a good time at the show.
This was our third time attending the convention which was held for the 14th time, this one in the Los Angeles convention center right next to the Staples center in downtown Los Angeles, California.

We arrived for the first night at about 6pm and it seemed a little slow, we did take into account that it was the first day and it was a Friday evening. When we first walked into the show we seen our friend Daisy Duxe at the Rio Gentleman’s club booth, they had music going and girls dancing on a small stage with a stripper pole in the middle. Daisy was in town to do a feature gig at the Rio and things started off fun, as it usually does when we hang with the Georgia native.

Our home base was at the Stilettos booth where Gary the owner had Roxy Jezel , August, Alexis Amore and a few other hot girls in the booth with him, thanks again to Gary for letting us store our gear at the booth while we made our rounds on the convention floor.

We left after a few hours but returned on Saturday for day two bright and early. The crowd seemed to be pretty big this time and we had to wait in line to make our way in. The booths inside seemed to have a buzz to them on day two and there were more smiles in the crowd, maybe because the weekend was here or maybe because there was a lot more to do on this day.

We made our rounds and stopped at a lot of the booths to say Hi, and get the lowdown on how things were going. Right across from the Stilettos booth was the Kayden Kross booth, she had copies of her brand new Adam & Eve Movie with her and she seemed to have a line in front of her table all day long.

The Heather Gates booth was another one that had a group of people there at all times, they were doing some sort of bondage demonstration and they also had a stripper pole for girls to dance on inside the booth. Our friend and world renowned photographer Ken Marcus was there for support and we could not stop coming by this booth to see what was going to happen next.

Super hot Nautica Thorn and Savanna Stern were in a big booth together and we stopped by several time for some laughs and to take a seat for a while we rested our feet, their booth was back to back to the Eva Angelina , Gianna Lynn, Brooke Haven booth, I love that Brooke Haven, If only I had a chance, but on to the next one.

Evan Stone and the sexy Syren shared a huge booth and of course it was one of the most fun booths at the show, how could it not be with those two in it, it was right across from the Tory Lane booth where we stopped by for some laughs with the Sin City contract girl that says her new name is www.torylane.com .  It has a nice ring to it doesn’t it?

We stopped at the Galaxy Publicity booth to recharge our human batteries, they always have the juice with them, James was funny and Veronica Rayne was in good spirits, saying man I can’t believe they haven’t thrown you out yet. She was making a joke but if you all remember back a couple of Adultcons ago, I was asked to leave because I was breaking the video interview rules. Rules? I did not know we had any rules. We since have cleared all that up and have had a good time there.

There were plenty of others at the show who we probably forgot to mention but in our defense we had one hell of a whirlwind of a weekend and, well yes we were drinking again, so if we talked to you and did not get back to you we apologize in advance.

Thank you to the Adultcon people for making this convention a non stress one for us, we would be happy to come back again.

The great state of Indiana has such a rich tradition as part of America’s Midwest. With its rolling hills and golden corn fields, Indiana is a miraculous place in itself. Many significant individuals have hailed from this great state - American labor leader Jimmy Hoffa, Astronaut Guss Grissom and our 23rd U.S. President Benjamin Harrison. It’s now time to add another name to that impressive list, adult super star - Bree Olson.

Olson as a child grew up in a normal middle class family on the fringe of Fort Wayne Indiana. Bree’s adoptive father worked hard at the factory and her mother at the mall. Many adult super stars attend such as Jesse Jane, Jenna Haze, Bree Olson and Kayden Kross to name a few. Many of the fans that we spoke with were extremely pleased with the convention and all it had to offer.

During the afternoons, many of the adult stars had a chance to take in Miami’s fabulous topless beaches. After the lights went down in the convention hall many of the stars could be found partying it up at some of South Beaches hottest clubs like Cameo and Mansion. 

The Miami Exxxotica is a winner in my book with it only getting bigger and better in years to come…

After the Miami Exxxotica Friday evening Adult Stars Magazine had a chance to sit and have drinks with two of the industry's hottest stars - Lexxi Tyler & Lela Star. The ASM staff met up with the two beauties at the super exclusive Casa Casuarina (formally known as the Versace Mansion) in South Beach.

The ladies arrived with their dates looking absolutely ravishing turning everyone’s head in the mansion. Lela came with date Josh Ryan, L.A.’s hottest up and coming photographer to the stars.

The evening started with cocktails poolside followed by a complete tour of the former home of Gianni Versace. As we went from room to room we all were amazed with the beauty and history of the mansion. All that kept running through our minds was – “WOW this would be a great location for a shoot, look at the size of that bed.” We ended up on the observatory roof top deck, sipping cocktails where many famous people have stood before us. Now the mansion staff can tell the story about when the two most incredible women in porn visited Casa Casuarina, now that’s a story!

Legendary Sunset Thomas says goodbye with shooting her final sex scene. Thomas born in Sikeston Missouri in 1972 moved around a lot as a kid until she ended up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where she met her husband to be and aspiring actor Zachary Adams. The two of them got married and ran off to L.A. to follow their dreams (Acting). Sardos Porn Star Karaoke Presents the “Bon Voyage To Exxxotica Miami Beach” Night

Tuesday, April 15th Porn Star Karaoke at Sardos Bar and grill is throwing a Bon Voyage Party featuring those who will be flying out later this week for the annual “ Exxxotica Miami Beach Convention” in Miami Beach Florida.

Being the longest running weekly adult industry party, the people at Porn Star Karaoke have their finger on the pulse of the industry and are very award of big events that are going. It’s only fitting that this weeks “Bon Voyage” party takes place the week of the convention that has some of the biggest names in adult scheduled to attend.

During the party there will be free adult DVDs and T-Shirts for the fans as there is every Tuesday night. We also have VIP passes to the Exxxotica Convention that we will be giving away, “ We will give you the ticket, you have to make it there yourself” laughed Tony Batman, who will be handing out the VIP passes to the people that can make it to Miami this weekend.

We arrived later in the afternoon for the day of shooting at the popular Van Nuys studio, we were met by A! Crew girls Winter Sky and Kelly Skyline, they were to be two of the girls for the eight girl orgy that was planned for that night. Superstars Sunny Lane and Aurora Snow were also scheduled for the scene along with newcomer Madison Ivy.
